Challenge

A multi-hospital health system struggled with inconsistent triage, long wait times, and clinician overload. Legacy scheduling tools could not prioritize by acuity or integrate with regional EMR variants.

Compliance requirements (HIPAA, audit trails) ruled out many off-the-shelf AI assistants that lacked on-premise or private-cloud deployment options.

Solution

We built a modular platform combining clinical NLP for intake notes and patient messages, a rules-plus-ML scoring layer for urgency, and deep integration with existing scheduling APIs.

The stack runs in the customer's VPC with end-to-end encryption, immutable audit logs, and role-based access aligned to their identity provider.
